  Another interesting item, Vulis's article about his work on the Judges-L mailing list, from Dave DeLaney's archive of Net Loonies. DeLaney's list of Loonies also contains a chapter on Vulis (a best way to find one is to search WWW on Vulis). Here is also a story about Vulis, found on the Net. The creation of Dmitry and a couple of his friends, ``Vladimir Fomin'' (vfomin@panix.com) got its 15 minutes of fame by writing a list of ``net bullies''. Almost immediately cancelled, it was saved by a few people. I got a a copy from Tom Evans' Net Scandal page. Similar lists were compiled by Dmitry's friend and colleague, Dr. John Martin Grubor.

• Shura Dubovaya.
  About the most pleasant personality on this page, Shura is completely harmless. Her only weak (or strong, depending on your point of view) point was an ability to maim, wound and mutilate grammar and sense, in both languages that she used. The serie of articles posted under the subject ``Lenin -- kazel, tiran i idiot'' was especially priceless. Also worth note, her heart-breaking reports of ``Chernie obez'yani s Afriki'' constantly humiliating her mother. Alexandra Dubovaya used to have a homepage, which was also quite interesting. Among other things, she related how she met her future husband on the Internet. Igor Chudov keeps a picture of Shura Dubovaya at his soc.culture.soviet White Pages. Asked to tell the most important things about herself, in a couple of words, she answers in her trademark style:

          -Luybluy mysiky krome Rap i COuntry
          -Luybluy po tancevat' kogda est' s kem
          -Inogda luybluy drat'sya:) Eto kak xobi chto li.
          -Cool quote? Nety. Eshe ne pridymala:)

  Priceless. Also of note, a delightful parody of her distinct style, by Serge Fokin (a. k. a Root Bear), and a number of articles by Elena Green (I missed most of discussion between Elena and Shura, on the subject of Lenin Kazel -- please tell me if you saved some).

• NetScum. A sister page: cranks about ``normals''. Basically, this is a HTML-ised net-bullies list of Vulis, with addition of complaint adresses of the Internet providers and (where appropriate) administration. Unless you are going to write mass-complaints to ISP of ``net-bullies'', this page is rather useless. Same site hosts a homepage of Colin James III.
